The Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or Monday-Friday 11:00AM -7:00PM
After-hours / Weekend on-call rotation required.

Typical Day as a Maintenance Technician:
- Provide high-quality customer service for our residents
- Diagnose, and perform minor repairs and routine maintenance as directed, involving but not limited to the following:
- Electrical, air conditioning, and heating systems
- Plumbing to include water lines, boilers, gas and electric
- Water irrigation systems
- Gas fixtures and/or appliances where applicable
- Patios, stairs, railing, and gates
- Interior and exterior lighting fireplaces and ceiling fans
- Interior and exterior doors, shutters, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors.
- Door locks and security systems were applicable
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, make-ready status, and work-in-progress status
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies
- Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by management
The Qualifications:
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting/drywall, carpentry, and appliance repair
- The ability to work fluidly in both a team environment and by oneself
- Positive attitude and a passion for building relationships with both residents and team members
- Faces problems head-on and utilizes various resources to find a solution
- Skills from the following industries transition well to this role: industrial mechanics, home improvement, engineers, trade apprentices, and carpentry
