The Operations Clerk assists the Operations department by providing clerical and administrative support.

The Operations Clerk assists the Operations department by providing clerical and administrative support.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Operations department
- Update and input route information into the computer system. Route information may include driver time sheets, downtime, productivity or other data
- Assist Dispatchers by responding to customer and driver complaints and inquiries
- Maintain and process operations information, such as vehicle maintenance, accounting and route sheets
- Track all CDL files i.e. med card expirations and CDL expirations
- Maintain evening Driver Check-in process
- Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper billing and productivity reports
- Assist in generating monthly and ad hoc reports
- May also assist other departments including customer service
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard, mouse and other related equipment, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
