Job Purpose
Performs routine audits and inspections of manufacturing areas to ensure product quality, SOP and Engineering compliance. Provides plant support for collection of data where needed, while assembling required metrics for review by facility management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Manufacturing Team to help ensure all Wincore Quality Standards are met
- Work with Line Supervisor to address internal non-compliance issues
- Work with Product Quality Analyst to address external non-compliance issues
- Work with Product Development on all product, part, or process changes
- Perform daily incoming material inspections
- Perform daily final product inspections
- Perform quarterly equipment calibrations (calipers & tape measures)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully complete Quality Technician Training.
- Individual will need to be able to work any shift, day or night, 8 to 12 hours per day if required.
- Ability to work in an environment where strong cleanser odors may be present
- Available to travel to satellite facilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to convert fraction to decimals and vice versa
- Ability to utilize electronic devices efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance record

- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety glasses/side shields, gloves, safety shoes when performing tasks on the production floor.
- Work performed on the manufacturing floor without walled office
- Team environment
- Frequent handling of plastic, vinyl, wood, metal, and glass
- Seasonal high temperatures and humidity
- Fast pace with productivity goals
- Strong odor of cleaners realized in many areas of production
