Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate solutions
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Display and market real properties to potential buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
