Sales Assistants are responsible for communicating with Sales Consultants and auditing sales contracts. We look to hire energetic, positive, and enjoyable individuals to join our team.
Job Purpose: To be a point of contact and resource for all Sales Consultants by being available for meetings and phone calls, auditing sales contracts, assisting with the sales schedule. This position reports to the Birmingham General Manager and is not a remote position.
Duties:
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all new contracts by reviewing, auditing, and organizing all order files, and payments
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all Window World products and services
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship between the company and the sales consultants by building a rapport and positive interpersonal relationship with all sales consultants
- Review data from previous audits to identify recurring problems and determine best practices to prevent them in future
- Maintain accurate records of all sales appointments by categorizing them correctly based of the result of the appointment
- Manage the process of all contract remeasure appointments
- Manage the Contract Relief Program by scanning sales contracts for sales representatives by choice of representative or mandated by Sales Manager
- Assist in schedule management for the sales representatives
- Manage the permit process in the Atlanta area for all contracts that require a permit based on their country or city bylaws
Skills/Qualifications:
- Three years of auditing or administrative experience required
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Computer literacy (Google - Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets)
- In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services
- Enhanced written communications skills
- Drive to stay focused and efficient
- Able to and enjoys following procedure with a methodical approach
- Values accuracy and precision
- Prefers to work independently with a structured environment
