- Strong knowledge of safety practices and installation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Ability to manage and motivate small install crew
- Valid driver's license required
- Install soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards with precision
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to Window World quality standards
- Communicate frequently with gutter/siding department office personnel
- Train and guide install crew to improve their skills
