Windsong Farm Golf Club is a 36 hole private golf course in Independence Minnesota. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds Crew member to join our team. Someone who is available between now and November. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our property, ensuring they are always looking their best. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundskeeping and grass care. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a passion for creating maintaining a beautiful course.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine groundskeeping duties such as mowing.
- Maintain the health and appearance of trees, including trimming and pruning.
- Use mechanical knowledge to operate equipment such as lawn mowers and chain saws.
- Keep the grounds clean and free of debris.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscaping features.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in groundskeeping and tree care.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various equipment.
- Experience in hardscaping and landscaping construction.
- Ability to dig and move heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of quality.
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
