Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise weekend operations in a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Provide infection control measures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Coordinate and manage infant care, including neonatal ventilator support and feeding.
- Assist with suturing and wound care as needed.
- Conduct health coaching sessions with patients to promote wellness and disease prevention.
- Perform triage assessments to prioritize patient needs and allocate resources accordingly.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
- Ensure accurate coding of medical procedures and documentation of patient encounters.
- Manage airway management and provide respiratory support when necessary.
- Administer enteral nutrition and monitor patients' alimentation.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license or relevant healthcare certification.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and practices.
- Proficiency in neonatal ventilator support and infant care techniques.
- Ability to perform suturing and wound care procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with medical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
- Experience in airway management and respiratory support is preferred.
