Seeking a high-energy, creative, and task-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include answering phones, selling programs, and taking reservations.

Requirements
Position Responsibilities: Assist the Reservations Team with various tasks to include but not limited to:
- Answer phones, sell programs, and take reservations.
- Forward calls as necessary.
- Inform Reservations Manager or Director of Program Operations of all booked programs needing guide/captain assignment.
- Keep track of guide, captain, and boat assignments to ensure all trips are covered.
- Respond to any customer reservation issues.
- Monitor weather conditions and communicate with guides, captains, and customers.
- Communicate with captains and guides with updates on trips, boats, etc.
- Communicate with concierges regarding guest reservations.
- Attend periodic all-staff meetings.
- Support an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Reservations software; Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
