Windwalker Group has an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team as a Full-Time Security Assistant Account Manager in the Metro Boston Area!

SCHEDULE : Monday through Friday- 40 hours per week

Salary : $55k - $62K, based off relevant experience.

DUTIES :

  • Develop and implement security policies and protocols to ensure the physical safety of all facility members / employees, vendors, and visitors, as well as the security of company owed property and other assets.
  • Create / design processes and strategies to respond to critical events that may impact the facility or human lives.
  • Direct investigations and other responses to accidents / incidents, including interviewing witnesses and victims, reviewing complaints; gathering / preserving physical evidence and completing reports.
  • Investigate and prepare reports on facility maintenance and safety conditions.
  • Investigate fires, hazardous situations and / or other facility related incidents.
  • Assist Fire Department / EMS / Police in connection with any evacuation or members / employees, vendors, or visitors.
  • Ensure daily administrative documentation (relating to security) is completed timely and accurately.
  • Ensure all facility members / employees have proper company issued identification, and all data entry related to the company's access control systems is complete and current.
  • Partner with the human resources team to manage the onboarding of new employees.
  • Train and supervise all facility security guards.
  • Monitor and report any service issues to the facilities team.
  • Develop a process and maintain documentation on all restraining orders.
  • Enforce facility safety (including card access processes and functions).
  • Create incident reports relating to security breaches, vehicle accidents, safety incidents, etc.
  • Additional Duties as assigned by management.
  • Responsible for the on-site quality control management.
  • Qualifications :

  • Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience required; 3 or more years of experience highly preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years in a continuous supervisory position or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality or customer service-related field
  • Computer experience, including working knowledge of programs such as Outlook / Outlook 365, MS Office Suite, as well as the ability to learn various other software programs.
  • Salary : $55,000 - $62,000
