Position Type: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Starting Pay Rate:
Job Functions:
- Ensure that all manufactured components are consistent with company established goals for quality and production fulfillment
- Assemble parts to complete final product in accordance with quality standards and customer selections
- Visually inspect quality of finished components to ensure that the product meets specifications
- Transport materials in and out of area according to production schedules
- Perform other related tasks including but not limited to performing housekeeping tasks required to keep the work area safe, clean, and organized
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to operate related machinery in a safe and productive manner
- Use and Knowledge of manufacturing techniques
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner
- Basic Math Skills required
- Ability to properly read a tape measure
- Experience with chop/table saws, screw gun, tape measure, and other hand tools
- Carpentry experience/skills is a plus
- Ability to Read, Write and Comprehend English
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting less than 1/3 of day
- Standing more than 2/3 of day
- Reaching frequently over 1/3 to 2/3 of day
- Use of hands to handle or feel frequently over 2/3 of day
- Lifting frequently over 25 pounds, occasionally over 50 pounds

Indoor loud, factory environment.
Salary : $28,700 - $36,300
