We are a growing spinal distribution company seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced and mission-driven team. This role is critical to supporting our field sales team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, and providing top-tier service to hospital partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and process incoming purchase orders (POs) from hospitals and surgical centers.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure accurate order fulfillment and case coverage.
- Track and monitor shipments and inventory levels to meet surgical schedules.
- Communicate with hospitals to confirm PO details, delivery timelines, and resolve any issues.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, customer service, and finance.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in order management, sales support, or medical device operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with hospital purchasing processes and medical terminology a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order processing systems (ERP/CRM experience is a plus).
