Windy Hill Dental Associates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in Marietta, GA. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and opportunity for long-term career growth within our practice.
This role is designed to directly support our lead dentist and help elevate the clinical care and patient experience to the highest standards. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, experienced dental assistant who thrives in a fast-paced general dentistry environment and brings confidence, professionalism, and clinical excellence to the team.
What We’re Looking For:
?Expanded Functions Certification
? Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in General Dentistry – including crowns, bridges, and dentures
? Strong chairside skills with the ability to anticipate the provider’s needs
? Confident and proactive in discussing diagnosed treatment with patients
? Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred experience with:

iTero scanning
-
Root Canal Therapy (RCT)

Dental implants
-
General practice procedures

Requirements:Education and Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
- Valid X-ray certificate.
- Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
- CPR & first aid certificate.
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Operations Manager
