We are seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to fill a key position on our Operations team as a Seasonal General Warehouse Associate, at our Sherwood, OR location.

As a Seasonal General Warehouse Associate, you are responsible for ensuring the flow of all Direct-to-Consumer orders, coordinating replenishment tasks and order resolution. You will be assigned tasks associated with the efficiency and success of the Production department. You are well rounded and can execute multiple assignments. This role will be working closely with other department leads to manage daily functions and projects efficiently and accurately.

What you’ll be doing:

• Efficiently and accurately pack client orders
• Inspect products as they are packed to ensure quality
• Assist with order picking on both Daily and Club orders
• Assist in induction areas to ensure consistent flow of production
• Assist in pallet building areas to ensure accurate shipment of orders
• Assist with replenishment tasks to keep inventory stocked in pick locations
• Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics and/or manufacturing setting strongly preferred
• Experience using rf scan devices and/or voice picking headsets preferred
• Schedule Flexibility
• Experience working in a production driven environment preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
