Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Support office management duties such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping
  • Assist with clerical tasks including typing correspondence, managing incoming emails, and supporting administrative projects
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally both in person and via phone or email

Requirements

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and calendar management tools
  • Clerical experience including proofreading, data entry, and office support tasks
