Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures is a plus
- Experience in banquet or catering settings is an advantage
