Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
Key responsibilities include
- Weekly inventory
- Placing food orders
- Overall organization and cleanliness of the store
- Creating and managing the schedule
- Finalizing payroll
- Onboarding and training new staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role is required (2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safety Certification
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Comfortable working in a kitchen setting
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Experience working with Aloha POS systems

Compensation:
$55,000 - $60,000/year base salary plus quarterly bonus opportunities based on store performance.
