Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Team Leader at Wingstop Queens. The Shift Leader will work closely with the General Manager to help supervise staff, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation.
Key responsibilities include
- Supervising Staff: Managing team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring all employees are performing their duties efficiently.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- Quality Control: Monitoring food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and reducing waste.
- Training: Assisting in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching and support to the team.
- Cash Management: Handling cash registers, ensuring accurate transactions, and managing deposits.
- Health and Safety: Ensuring the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous team leader experience in a restaurant or food service- preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- ServSafe Manager Certification- preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
- Experience working with Aloha POS systems.
- All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet fluctuating business demands.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
