Winnebago Industries is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is hybrid. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is a dynamic role that serves as a key leader in the execution of Enterprise Supply Chain Analytics and Insights strategy to support Winnebago Industries Supply Chain. This position provides leadership and value by performing analysis across all elements of Supply Chain including but not limited to: Increasing supply chain spend visibility and analysis across the organization; price trend insights and forecasting; savings opportunity identification; proactive risk monitoring and mitigation; and future capability development.
The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for owning current processes and communications, drive process improvements, lead the development of future tools and processes, and be a strategic thought partner with business units and enterprise leadership for the development and execution of strategic priorities.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Lead supply chain data analytics in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources, including but not limited to operations and supply chain, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyze, communicate, and lead execution of value creation or risk mitigation actions
- Develop, enhance, and utilize analytic tools on numerous SC topics such as inflation tracking, price change tracking, value creation activity, risk mitigation, etc.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and provide recommendations for innovation and improvement
- Develop and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders at all levels across the organization
- Coach others on understanding, analyzing, and interpreting data and information
- Other duties as assigned based on business need
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain/operations, mathematics, or related discipline
- A master’s degree in a related field is highly desirable
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, including leading and supporting key business initiatives across supply chain and operations
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with MS Power Platform tools and capabilities
- Experience creating reports within Power BI or similar tools
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $130,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
