Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronic Engineering Technician at Wired Technologies in Livonia, MI. The Electronic Engineering Technician will be responsible for tasks such as soldering, crimping, assembling, troubleshooting, using test equipment, and applying electronics technology in the manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Electronic Engineering and Electronics Technology skills
- Soldering - general and fine pitch SMT and Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with Test Equipment
- Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes
- Knowledge of Wire Harness assembly processes
- knowledge of Electrical Enclosure process
- Ability to read and build to print
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to lift up to 50lb
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to learn and use software features and tooling
