Club Event Team Lead Job Description & Performance Expectations

Since 1976, The WAC has built a brand and reputation for being Milwaukee’s finest social and athletic club.  Our owners started with the idea of building a club that they would want to belong to and developed a few guiding principles that are followed to this day.  It’s what makes us who we are and serves to differentiate WAC from other clubs:

  1. Our clubs are CLEAN.
  2. Our staff is FRIENDLY…and it shows.
  3. We CARE…about our members and their goals, our staff and their dreams, and the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

We’re often asked how we’ve grown so much over the years.  The answer is that WAC is aligned around our mission that “we make a difference in people’s lives”.  This is accomplished through actively living our ten core values.

Mission & Core Values

  1. WE greet each member with a smile, his/her name and kind eyes.
  2. WE provide a clean and welcoming environment.
  3. WE let our personalities shine and are memorable.
  4. WE invite and connect with members and guests.
  5. WE create WAC moments daily.
  6. WE own and immediately resolve problems.
  7. WE produce results for our members and club.
  8. WE have fun and create a “home away from home.”
  9. WE improve ourselves, the club and our community.
  10. WE make a commitment to health and fitness with your WAC membership.
