What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Audit position at Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau?
Duties include, but are not limited to :
*Guest check-in and check-out procedures
*Answering and directing phone calls from switchboard
*Planning and booking guest reservations
*Monitor overnight security and safety in the hotel
*Running daily, weekly, and monthly reports
*Auditing of daily front desk and reservation activities
*Respond to guest requests as needed
*Other guest service related duties as needed or assigned by the Director of Guest Services
