Marketing Automation Associate

WisdomTree Investments is seeking a Marketing Associate with at least 3 years agency or client-side experience in Digital Marketing. Must have a basic understanding of data tables and strong data manipulation skills. 

The ideal candidate will be an individual who is flexible and adaptable to change as our business grows and develops. Capable of running and managing multiple projects, you should enjoy variety and demonstrate high levels of organization whilst at all times prioritizing your workload to meet deadlines and key objectives.

Excellent attention to detail and high-level of accuracy are a must as is the ability to communicate effectively with all teams and departments. 

• Support the U.S. Marketing team to ensure email campaigns are completed and deployed on time. 
• Build, proof, and revise emails and templates in a CRM platform. 
• Constant, detailed communication with key members of the marketing team to ensure quality and success of emails. 
• Complete quality assurance checks on every email campaign. 
• Utilize Salesforce, Excel, and or database objects to modify and update subscriber lists and create segmentation groups. 
• Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes. 
• Co-manage campaign pipeline to ensure all campaign components are in place to ensure smooth campaign launches. 
• Data analysis and ability to work in Excel, SFDC, and provide input for writing requirements for SQL queries 
• Develop skillset of Email Sending Platform through training and obtaining certification. 

• Undergraduate degree (preferred focus on business, economics, or marketing)
• 3 years of relevant experience 
• Experience using email sending programs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Marketo.
• General understanding of email Marketing best practices, Sales processes, and Sales development tools 

• The ability to be self-driven and engaged in a fully remote work environment 
• Excellent logical reasoning and analytical mindset to effectively assess and communicate metrics. 
• Experience prioritizing multiple requests, Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 

• Proficiency in Excel (V and X Lookups Pivot tables) 
• Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and development. 

• Financial services experience
• Basic knowledge of SQL, CSS and HTML
• Experience working within a startup product environment

• Understanding the end-to-end data flows across Marketing and Sales tech stacks.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
