Food Production Operator
Location: Multiple shifts available at various locations.
Join our dynamic food production team! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals who can handle the fast-paced environment of food production. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, mixing recipes, and managing the operation of our food production lines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Training: Learn and operate various food production lines. Training will be provided to ensure you have the skills needed to succeed in this role.
- Gathering Ingredients: Accurately gather and prepare the required ingredients for each recipe, following precise measurements.
- Mixing Recipes: Follow recipes to create our signature products, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and quality.
- Equipment Management: Change out production equipment as needed to align with specific product requirements. Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Shift Flexibility: Availability to work different shifts as required.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6 am - 5 pm
- 2nd Shift: 4 pm - 2:30 am
- 3rd Shift: 8 pm - 6 am
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food production or a similar environment preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
