We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced and delivered efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain an efficient, clean and organized work area.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
- Assemble components and products following established procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Properly record inventory on In&Outsheets
- Reporting. Submit report/information by the end of each work day in accordance with established procedures/formats
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
