We’re seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Applications (App) team, the group behind the core web and embedded applications our customers rely on daily. If you’re passionate about building intuitive, reliable, and scalable user-facing products that help healthcare providers access and act on critical patient data, we’d love to hear from you.
As part of the App team, you’ll work across the stack—from crafting modern, React-based UIs to building the APIs that power them. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering full-stack features, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. You care about the complete flow of data, from user interactions down to backend services, and you’re comfortable owning systems end-to-end.
Our tech stack includes React, TypeScript, GraphQL, REST APIs, and AWS tools like ECS, Lambda, and DynamoDB. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, writes clean and maintainable code, and is excited to shape the way users interact with the future of healthcare data.
In This Role, You Will:
- Build and maintain user-facing web applications and the backend services that support them
- Collaborate within your team and across Engineering to prototype, iterate on, and launch new features
- Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical leadership within the team
- Mentor and support your teammates to help them grow
- Partner closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, impactful solutions

- Familiarity with standards like FHIR and TEFCA
- Based in the Boston metro area and excited about in-person collaboration on a hybrid schedule — or remote (EST/CST) but open to occasional travel
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
