Responsibilities
Your Mission
- Owns a full caseload of family law matters divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-decree issues
- Appear confidently in court and negotiate from a position of strength
- Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and build persuasive legal strategies
- Communicate with clients frequently, keeping them informed and confident
- Work with intake, paralegals, and legal assistants to push cases forward without delay
- Hit deadlines. Drive results. Close cases. Protect families
Who You Are
- A licensed attorney in NC with 2 years of experience in family law
- In the courtroom, early, prepared, and confident
- Obsessed with results, not excuses
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Driven by client satisfaction and professional growth
- Tech-savvy and adaptable (experience with Clio is a plus)
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a big bonus
