WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

The Brand Finance Manager is responsible for the full P&L for the Generous Brands beverage portfolio. This team member is a key link between the Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams. This job contributes to Generous Brands success by supporting the development of monthly forecasting and reporting, annual budgets, and strategic financial plans.

Strategic Finance Leadership

Execute the monthly actualization process including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolution

Own the monthly forecasting process, including projecting and explaining financial performance on a rolling 18-month basis

Support the build of the annual budget and strategic plans

Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations to business leaders

Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D and operations teams to integrate financial insights into strategic decisions

Innovation & Growth Projects

Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, model, and financialize innovation projects and capital investments, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives

Lead financial analysis of productivity initiatives, quantifying potential savings and ROI to drive decision-making

Process Optimization

Identifies key issues and weaknesses, provides solutions for improvement, and manages the implementation of system enhancements

Manages cross-functional integration with the company business planning calendar

Works with cross-functional teams to improve processes, set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, and measure results

Generates and presents strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management in support of business objectives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications :

Progressive experience in financial management including financial analysis, variance analysis, cost allocation, fact-finding or auditing, contract, and price negotiation

5 years budgeting and forecasting

Additional Required Qualifications :

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to present information to senior leaders

Working knowledge of all aspects of financial analysis and management

Ability to lead others
