Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resident Services Coordinator to join our team as a Property Operations Manager at the Wogan Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tax credit communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive relationships with residents and staff.

• Oversee the entire on-site operation of the complex, including maintenance, repair, and improvement of buildings, grounds, and tenant units.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and company policy.
• Supervise office personnel, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives.
