Job Overview:

The Wogan Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Development and Management Professional to join our team as a Property Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in the success of our tax credit communities, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive relationships with residents and staff.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
• Manage financial and clerical duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise project employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure property condition meets company standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote efficiency and quality.
