Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate Gymnastics Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in a gymnastics setting and possess a strong background in sports coaching. Instructors who are hands on, enthusiastic, energetic, professional and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct and lead gymnastics classes for students of various skill levels and ages
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance gymnasts' skills and techniques
- Provide guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their performance
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for students
Skills:
- Experience working with gymnasts / sports coaching environment
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training methods
- Ability to educate and motivate students to achieve their goals
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students
- CPR & First Aide Certified (or willing to get) - USAG certification (or willing to get)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
