Come join a growing team! Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for a Counter Salesperson to add to our growing team at our Elyria/North Ridgeville location.
(Must have sales AND Industry experience to apply)
Work Week & Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5:00 PM, No weekends
Job Duties:
- Sells items to customer and handles returns and credits
- Must be versed or willing to learn all three departments, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing
- Assists customers who are unsure of desired items in making correct selection
- Displays or demonstrates products using items, our catalog or literature
- Warehouse duties including pulling orders, keeping shelves clean
- Excellent communication skills; communicates with customers on account status
- Researches items or delivery dates by contacting reps or consulting catalogs or other product literature to meet customer requirements
- Develops pricing quotes and picks or expedites orders as needed
- Handles in-person or phoned customer transactions at the sales counter
- Previous industry/installation experience
- Some shared office housekeeping duties
