Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Inside Sales professional to join our team at our Akron location.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical sales and customer service, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both over the phone and in person
- Assist customers with product selection and provide technical support as needed
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with outside sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
