Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in Las Vegas is seeking a dynamic and service-driven FOH Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations with excellence and precision. Inspired by the casual elegance of California dining, our restaurant brings together fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, and the signature hospitality of Wolfgang Puck.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a passionate leader with a commitment to hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that values polish, professionalism, and teamwork.
Preferred Experience:

2 years of FOH management experience in upscale or fine dining concepts
-
High-volume restaurant experience (500 covers per day preferred)

Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and service standards
-
Experience with training, scheduling, performance management, and team development

Passion for hospitality and genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences

Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Aloha, or similar) and basic administrative tasks (inventory, payroll, labor tracking)
What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Lead and inspire a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders through hands-on guidance and coaching

Uphold the Wolfgang Puck standard of hospitality at every service touchpoint

Collaborate with the BOH team and GM to exceed guest expectations and hit financial goals

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and warmth

Monitor labor, inventory, cleanliness, and service flow to ensure operational excellence
