The Marketing Senior Specialist will be responsible for managing campaign projects from start to finish. This includes developing member-facing materials, coordinating reviews with stakeholders, and collaborating with the Creative Studio to refine messaging. The Specialist will also work with stakeholders, mandates team, legal, and compliance to obtain final approvals. Additionally, they will collaborate with other marketing teams and implementation teams to execute and implement updates.

Day to Day Responsibilities :

Manage campaign projects end to end, including development of member-facing materials and tracking reviews with stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Creative Studio to develop communications and refine / update messaging on existing materials.
Obtain final approvals from stakeholders, mandates team, legal, and compliance.
Work with other marketing teams and implementation teams to execute and implement updates.

Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables) :

Marketing communications experience - understanding the importance of meeting customer / member needs.

Strong project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Health Plan or health marketing experience preferred.
