Wolverine State Credit Union is currently looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Information Technology Administrator.
The IT Administrator is a key member of the WSCU team. They will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations of all Credit Union networks, systems, and applications in conjunctions with CU*Answers. They will provide technical support to users as needed, diagnose and resolve connectivity problems and monitor system security, backup and virus protection. They will also evaluate, recommend, and implement network software and hardware, and assists in the development of IT strategies and policies.
Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience as well as a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and willingness to assist others.
