Wolverine State Credit Union is looking to add a full-time Member Service Officer to our team in Alpena.
A Member Service Officer (MSO) is an account specialist at the branch level conducting several member service functions. This includes, opening and closing all types of accounts, processing IRA and HSA withdrawals and contributions, check orders, and assisting members and staff with complex member issues and/or account related questions. They actively listen for opportunities to recommend products and services to the membership. May also act as a back up to the frontline teller duties.
