Program Leader

Women’s Money Matters is seeking reliable, organized Program Leaders to help run our financial wellness workshops and coaching programs. We are currently hiring for three in-person programs. This role involves facilitating workshops, supporting coach-participant relationships, ensuring program goals are met, and handling basic logistics and communications.  Additional virtual program participation is available as well.

We are looking for in person support in these specific 12 week programs:

Marguerite’s Place in Nashua, NH, Mondays starting September 8 at 6:30 PM

Mother Caroline in Dorchester, MA, Wednesdays starting October 1 at 4:00 PM

YWCA in Lawrence, MA starting Thursdays, September 24 at 4:00 PM

CORE PROGRAM

The Program Leader has the primary responsibility for overseeing their program. Tasks related to this responsibility include: 

• Facilitate introductory,  midpoint, and graduation sessions
• Introduce weekly presenter and coordinate in-person workshop activities
• Support coach-client matching and serve as backup coach when needed
• Communicate with coaches, presenters, and participants regularly
• Track attendance and submit workshop summaries in Salesforce
• Oversee logistics, both in-person and virtual (Zoom)
• Promote WMM in your community and through social media

ABOUT YOU

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable using Zoom, Salesforce, and G-Suite
• Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Based in MA or NH
• Have reliable transportation to attend in-person workshops
• Able to commit to a full 12 week program

Compensation

This part-time/hourly position requires approx 3-5 hours each week per assigned program, not to exceed 19 hours.  Compensation is $20 per hour.   Compensation for travel time and mileage for in-person programs.
