What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office/ Dental Treatment coordinator position at Wood And Habashy Dental Partnership?
Full-time front office position needed in our growing dental practice in Whittier. Good
communication and people skills necessary. Telephone experience and experience with Dentrix is helpful. Computer skills are required.
Duties include:
· Greeting/checking-in patients/ Checking out
· Insurance verification (HMO /PPO/ MEDICAL)
· Setting/confirming patient appointments
· Treatment plan presentation
· Collection
· Patient Reactivation
If you are a quick learner and are able to communicate with patients in a professional manner that makes them feel welcome, you may be qualified. We do prefer someone with at least 1-year experience and who is bilingual in Spanish.
