About the Role:
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting a fast-paced and results-driven marketing team. This position calls for a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated individual who can drive marketing initiatives from concept to execution. You’ll create a wide variety of digital campaigns leveraging email, social, paid media, SEO, and digital property channels. Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and update the social media content calendar.
- Grow social media following through innovative campaigns and content strategy.
- Manage and schedule organic content across platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage website updates and development of landing pages to ensure engaging content and optimal conversion flow.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage ad budgets, conduct A/B testing, and continuously refine performance.
- Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy, including keyword research, blog optimization, on-page SEO audits, and ongoing efforts to improve organic search rankings.
- Build and optimize digital funnels, including lead magnets, landing pages, and full customer conversion paths for marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and proactively report outcomes.
- Oversee and maintain the company’s YouTube channel, ensuring content is current and on-brand. Support video repurposing and visual storytelling.
- Create and manage multimedia content, including working closely with design and video production teams to deliver compelling and cohesive brand narratives.
- Proactively report on campaign performance. Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions for ongoing optimization.
- Stay informed on emerging marketing trends and proactively share new ideas and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Provide digital marketing support to the company’s rocks and annual goals.
- Support company-wide events and special projects, particularly during peak periods or cross-functional campaigns.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by exploring marketing-related content (e.g., podcasts, articles, webinars) and actively applying insights to your role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of digital marketing with a focus on paid ads, SEO, or content strategy
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, web CMS platforms, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
