Responsibilities
- Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and update policies.
- Issue insurance documentation and update client information.
- Educate, advise, and cross sell clients.
- Maintain retention and build clientele via referrals, networking, and winbacks.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License Required. Licensing assistance provided.
- Customer service or sales experience required. Insurance experience a plus!
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Software proficiency.
- A team player who is self motivated and goal oriented.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
