Key Responsibilities:
- Engage guests promptly and warmly
- Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs
- Ensure food and service is to Wood Ranch standards
- Communicate with guests to make a positive lasting impression
- Ensure and promote safety and cleanliness
- Participate in team pre-bussing and running food, offer to help other team members
- Carry hot and cold plates to guests
- Lift and carry trays with 6-7 drinks
- Serve alcohol to guest following safe alcohol service guidelines with local, state and federal laws
- Prepare beverages, desserts and soups
- Perform light duties, including stocking stations and side work assignment(s)
- Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concerns
- Process payments, including making change for cash payments
- Requirements & Working Conditions
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a server assistant (or similar position)
- Preferably able to work 5 shifts a week
- Must speak English
- Must be outgoing, charismatic, proactive, approachable, guest-centric and positive
- Food Handler’s Card
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Perform basic math skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to solve problems, adapt to change quickly and easily and multi-task
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
- Continuous use of hands and arms; continuous bending, reaching and twisting
