What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll work closely with our Clinical Director and other Clinical Supervisors to lead, support, and inspire our clinical team, which includes addiction counselors, therapists, and group facilitators. Your leadership will directly shape our client experience and clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include:
- Providing supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, including signing off on intern/trainee hours.
- Reviewing and auditing clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborating on the design and enhancement of program curriculum.
- Coordinating individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Stepping in as Acting Clinical Director when needed.
- Supporting therapeutic activities, group sessions, and community events.
- Monitoring client needs and behaviors through team supervision and feedback.
- Participating in staff trainings, meetings, and continuous learning.
- Responding to client crises or emergencies in accordance with best practices and protocols.
What You Bring:
- Clinical license in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with co-occurring disorders.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical treatment setting.
- Strong knowledge of integrated treatment models and recovery-oriented care.
- A valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass caregiver and criminal background checks, as well as a drug screen.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
