Bartenders are responsible for providing an exceptional member experience through interpersonal communication, consistent preparation of drinks, knowledge of offerings, preparation of bar area, and adhering to standards of service. Bartenders must also be comfortable taking food orders and properly communicating them to the kitchen with the use of a POS machine. As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation.
Requirements
Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for many types of availability, as we are extremely flexible.
We hope to welcome you to Woodhill starting in April 2024.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Customer service oriented.
Previous experience working as a bartender required.
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous experience in a similar environment preferred – We will train.
ServSafe certification preferred.
TIPS certification preferred.
