THE OPPORTUNITY

Woodhill Country Club is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a part-time, seasonal position from April to October. We offer competitive pay, extensive learning opportunities, excellent work/life balance, and a fun, collaborative environment.

Job Summary: The Seasonal Server position provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our members and their guests. Servers must learn member preferences and be able to answer questions pertaining to multiple menus. As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation.

Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. April-October

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.
• Team oriented.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar environment preferred – We will train.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22-28/hour depending on experience– NON-TIPPING
• Uniform shirts provided.
• Complimentary employee meals.
• Use of Woodhill’s exceptional facilities (golf course, pool, tennis courts, and winter sports complex) on some Mondays.
