What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Swim Team Coach position at Woodlake Community Association?
The Woodlake Hurricanes Swim Team is seeking a Head Coach to lead the competitive swimming program for the Woodlake Swim and Racquet Club. The Head Coach is responsible for creating a safe, fun and motivating yet competitive environment for swimmers. This position and a team of assistant coaches will lead swimmers from ages 8 to 18, oversees all administrative aspects of the team, manage all Meet selections, host all home Meets, lead all swimmer placement strategies, oversee all practice schedules, and oversee all data management.
This position requires two plus years' experience as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach, experience leading and supervising a staff, current lifeguard certification and CPR and First Aid certification. ASCA Swim Team Coach certification is a plus.
