JOB DESCRIPTION: Establish a positive learning environment and respond to the individual needs of students in the classroom. Plan and implement effective lessons, using time, materials and resources effectively. Display a thorough knowledge agriculture curriculum. Demonstrate awareness of the needs of students and provide for individual differences. Support the philosophy and mission of the Bartow County School System. Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance. Other duties as assigned. |

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION OR TRAINING: Must hold or be able to obtain a valid clear renewable Georgia teaching certificate in one or more of the following: Agriculture Education (6-12) |

SKILLS: Ability and knowledge to effectively teach at the high school level. |

EXPERIENCE: Previous teaching experience preferred, not required. |
