Head Football Coach – Woodland Junior High
Fayetteville Public Schools is seeking a Head Football Coach to lead a well established and highly respected football program at Woodland Junior High. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to athlete development, and high professional standards while supporting the continued success of the program.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading all aspects of the Woodland Junior High football program
• Coaching and developing student athletes with an emphasis on fundamentals and character
• Supervising assistant coaches
• Communicating effectively with athletes, families, and school administration
• Ensuring compliance with district policies, athletic department procedures, and Arkansas Activities Association rules
Qualifications:
• Football coaching experience at the middle school, high school, or higher level
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Arkansas teaching license and eligibility for employment within Fayetteville Public Schools
