The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to implement a preventive schedule to maintain building interior/exterior, equipment and grounds.

Wage Range: $16-18 per hour
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
- Must have a basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, carpentry and general maintenance procedures.
- A current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required.
- Must complete a criminal history record check to the satisfaction of the company.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
