Join Woodruff Property Management Company as a Groundskeeper and play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and safety of our community. Your responsibilities will include keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks, and alleyways clean and attractive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grounds Maintenance: Ensure the grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Apartment Preparation: Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by cleaning out trash before, during, and after make-ready activities.
- Community Cleaning: Clean all areas of the community, including amenities and parking areas.
- Emergency Maintenance: Assist with light emergency maintenance as needed.
- General Maintenance Support: Assist with other maintenance tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Groundskeeper
- Property Maintenance Skills: General property maintenance skills such as painting, pressure washing, and trash pick-up.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive stooping, bending, and kneeling motions.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and be available for emergency after-hours calls.
- Dependability: Reliable transportation is a must.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record.
- Multi-Site Work: Willingness to work at other properties as needed.
